Ps. Mwamba and wife Rebecca Zawadi Nguli and 9 children, Number 10 is on it's way!
Living in a small dirt floor room, they long to return to their homeland in the Congo.
Ps. Mwamba Nguli heads this church group and fled the Congo after witnessing government troops murder 5 of his pastors, some of their wives and many villagers murdered or maimed. All because they prayed for the war to end with a converted army general in their midst, 4 churches were bombed and burnt in the raids but the surviving people still meet today and are determined to rebuild a meeting house in each area as finance is provided.

HOPE wants to help these courageous people to continue the work of the church there. The first building will cost around $3000AUD to be rebuilt in temporary materials. (timber poles, slabs and iron sheet roof). The pastor will return to Goma as soon as the area is politically more stable, in the meantime the work of those churches continues.

Until he can return to Congo, Mwamba eagerly desires to go to Nairobi, Kenya to do Bible School training where it is taught in his native language, Swahili. This will cost $500AUD/term with HOPE paying for term 1.
